A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity:

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose or via our online form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be returned within 14 days of delivery
The item must be in unused condition and free from signs of wear
All original packaging, accessories, and contents should be included
The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team and provide:

Reason for return (optional, but appreciated)

After approval, you will receive return instructions.

Please note:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

The refund will be processed to your original payment method
The process may take several business days depending on your payment provider

We may deduct a reduction in value if the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the return procedure after receiving the product.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

In such cases:

We will cover return shipping costs. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed upon providing a valid payment receipt.
You may choose between a replacement or a full refund

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract.

General information

Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
Please do not send the goods back to us carriage forward.
Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
