Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. email).

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • The item must be in unused condition and free from signs of wear

  • All original packaging, accessories, and contents should be included

  • The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team and provide:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return (optional, but appreciated)

After approval, you will receive return instructions.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • The process may take several business days depending on your payment provider

We may deduct a reduction in value if the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

In such cases:

  • We will cover return shipping costs

  • You may choose between a replacement or a full refund


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the return procedure after receiving the product.
